Privacy Notice

What we collect

When you use our contact, newsletter, or donation forms, we collect the information you provide — your name, email, phone (if provided), and message. Donation information is processed by Zeffy; we receive confirmation and contact details but not your full card number.

How we use it

• To respond to your request and follow up about services.
• To schedule appointments and send updates you opt into.
• To send tax receipts and acknowledgements for donations.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We share data only with processors (Wix Forms, Zeffy) to operate these tools, and where required by law.

Your rights

You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time by emailing office@renewing-hope.org . Note that we are required to keep certain records (like donation receipts) for tax compliance.

Enhanced case management intake

Information you share with us to start enhanced case management is kept securely and used only to coordinate your services, in line with our privacy practices. We never sell it.

Health information

Clinical records are maintained separately under our partner’s Notice of Privacy Practices provided at intake, in line with HIPAA where applicable. This website itself does not store clinical records.
